‘DA’ IS a MULTIFunctional Festival, which has no analogues in Russia. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN IS the WORLD of objects AROUND Us. Anything from an ash tray to a TANK, from a MATCH to A STREET-lamp is A RESULT OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGNERS’ work.

People who linked to industrial design or have got special interest into it are aware about existence of the industrial design in Russia nowadays. ‘DA’ is the first attempt to demonstrate and discuss industrial design, not only in a small circle of experts, but also to attract the attention of the wide audience.

Visitors of ‘DA’ Festival are professional and future designers, manufacturers, distributors, and just people who are interested in the world of unusual things. In view of variety of interests, ‘DA’ Festival includes differents activities:

Design Market - design selling exhibition,

Design Forum - debating club, lectures, exchange of experience, master classes from famous international designers,

Design Exhibition - exhibition of the best examples of industrial design,

Design Party - informal discussion, socializing.

Exhibitions will demonstrate the potential of native designers in the nearest future. The fair will allow visitors to immerse themselves into the world of fun-filled and enjoyable things and choose something to your liking. For some people fun open lectures and discussions will provide an opportunity to look in real life at the leaders of the industrial design, and for others - to know about their existence. Well-known European designers were pleased to respond to the invitation to take part in the first Festival of Industrial Design.

One of the objectives of the festival is to give young designers a chance to declare themselves. During the festival any of the liked items can be purchased. Now we have got an opportunity to get acquainted with the multifaceted world of industrial design.

Everybody is welcome: beginners, experts, and all people that have got any type of curiosity, interest or sympathy . Everyone will find something, or show what he/she is capable. That’s why we’ve made DESIGN ACT (‘DA’).
